Quit Weed

If you have a problem with weed, you might feel alone – everyone around you either smokes or quits without a problem. Keep in mind, we are everywhere and many succeed.

I hear about it every day from people that have smoked for years, and from people that know a lot about it.. Just check out this positive herbalist:

“So I’ve talked about quitting for years. But things have never lined up like this before… it seems this is it.

With detox on my side its game over anyway because I want to quit. Last buzz was yesterday. I’m very content with that.

Yesterday was a big day for me as I unloaded the bulk of my accessories. The bong, my stash (sold it) and my weed pack included a bowl, fold-up scissors etc.

I did this because I recognize I have zero control over my mj consumption and I never will. But that’s ok. I have strength. I’ll feel better soon. I’m prepared with specific prescriptions if needed. The last thing I want to do is transfer my addiction to something just as bad, or worse.

I know a bit about herbal medicine and can often heal any problems I experience personally. I have lunesta for sleep, lorazepam for the anxiety I know will come, oh and the natural remedies will come in handy too.

I’m considering using melatonin and valerian as first line defense, maybe with bach’s flower remedy.

So many people have told me that marijuana is only psychological. With me it is worse and also physical. From previous attempts I know about sweating. Restlessness and anxiety. Almost like opiate withdrawals.

In fact, it feels just like I went cold turkey off fentanyl after 5 years.

EXCEPT, I have extreme psychological urges to use MJ unlike my fentanyl prescription. I suspect that is the key difference between physical dependency and addiction. With MJ, I have both.

Thank you Seb for everything you have done for me so far, I appreciate having someone to discuss these matters with at a level we both understand clearly – knowledge can crush withdrawals and cravings, wouldn’t you say?”

So there you have it..

A crafty herbalist quitting marijuana. People often worry they don’t have this kind of knowledge or information regarding herbs, detox, vitamins and supplements to help quitting…

Don’t worry.

Knowledge is only potential power. It’s not the most important thing and you can learn all this stuff. In truth, there are far more important factors to changing yourself

🙂 I mean think about it like this…

If you were a car on a road trip (stay with me here)…

– The destination is your goal.. (say, quitting weed)
– The steering wheel is the decisions you make.. (will you arrive)
– The driver is the motivation to get there.. (do you want to)
– The knowledge is the GPS or MAP! (the quickest or best way)

Sure, having the latest GPS or map will help (like knowing the correct natural herbs to use to deal with specific physical symptoms you may experience when you quit smoking)..

All that knowledge makes things easier..

But compared to everything else – it’s not even close to the most important factor. Without gas in the tank – or the motivation to get where you’re going? Nothing will ever move forward.

You need both! A clear MAP (or Massive Action Plan) PLUS: your ability to take action. IF you had both… There is literally very little chance you will not succeed.

So if YOU have trouble with weed…
Out of these two choices, which most relates to you?

– Lack of motivation to quit weed?
– Lack of a MAP of how to quit weed?

It could be either, neither, or both! (I see BOTH all the time).

But I know a solution for all of the above.

Believe it or not, seeing a clear MAP of how to achieve your goal of quitting weed – will help you develop the motivation to take action.

When you know how to get there, you’ll see it’s not so far away.

For a MAP of how to quit weed that includes all this, check out “Natural Marijuana Detox: How To Do It At Home” – it has all the ingredients, vitamins, herbs, recipes to help you quit weed.

You’ll get this guide for absolutely nothing (free) when you grab your copy of Quit Marijuana: The Complete Guide, which has everything you need to overcome the psychological side of marijuana, like influencers, triggers and limiting beliefs.

As you can see from Robby:

(a) knowing the right actions to take
(b) + having the motivation to take them…”

= Priceless!
